After the pre-registration the FSH Board gives the opportunity to the Eastern European Teams to have bigger chance taking part in the competition. It has been one of the main goals of the organisers since the beginnings to spread the movement in the Eastern European region. The FSH Board provides the teams of this region at least 17 secured positions on the event of Győr.

The great number of participating regional FS teams on the event of the previous years clearly shown that there actually is a need for an event with regional orientation in the world of Formula Student.

In 2016,12 combustion and 5 electric teams from the Eastern European region are going to participate at Formula Student Hungary.
