The Final of AOTV 2015 – theoretical round
The Autótechnika Országos Tanulmányi Verseny (AOTV - Automotive Engineering National Study Competition) is a nationwide competition for automotive mechanics, automotive electronics technicians and automotive mechanics students, organized by the Autószerelők Országos Egyesülete (AOE – National Association of Automotive Engineers) and X-Meditor Ltd. in 2014-2015.
This year, 57 three-person teams gathered their expertise for the first, theoretical round of competition for car repair professionals, followed by the eight best teams in the May 16 final, which was first hosted by the Széchenyi István University in Győr. At eight stations students had to prove their professional skills and aptitude. The competitors confidently completed the half-hour tasks, so the final result was very tight, the jury did not see a big difference between the teams.
