The Autótechnika Országos Tanulmányi Verseny (AOTV - Automotive Engineering National Study Competition) is a nationwide study competition for for automotive mechanics, automotive electronics technicians and automotive mechanics students, which in the academic year 2015-2016 was also organized by X-Meditor Kft., Autószerelők Országos Egyesülete (AOE – National Association of Automotive Engineers) and Széchenyi István University.

This year, 79 three-person teams matched their automotive repair professional knowledge in the first theoretical round of competition sponsored by subsequent employers, and 10 of them went to the regional mid-finals. The winners of the 5 races were placed in the final of April 23, which, like last year, was hosted by the Széchenyi István University in Győr. The 15 students first had to complete a written assignment, and then they had to provide confidence in their knowledge and skills at 5 stations. Teams confidently completed the 40-minute tasks, so the end result was tight. There was only a half point difference between the 2nd and 3rd place. There was only 1 point difference between 4th and 5th place. The winning team provided outstanding performance based on the scoring of the stations, the scoring committee and the solution of the written tasks. Thanks to the sponsors, at the end of the day, all the students could return home with bags full of gifts.
