This year's EuroSkills competition has brought a lot of specialties to the Hungarian car repair profession: the most important thing is that the Hungarian auto mechanic competitor Attila Hasza was the first who is started in this event, and the other interesting thing is that Hungary also played the role of the organizing country, which is created a unique atmosphere in Budapest.

The car mechanics were supplied by Energotest with equipment and tools, the cars were provided by Mercedes and Audi, so the scene was quite impressive. 9 vehicles and 3 engines were allowed on the racing shelter to allow 16 competitors to complete their 14-hour race in 3 days, consisting of 4 main modules. Engine mounting, engine electronics repair, brake, axle and steering repair, and electronics repair. Each country launching a competitor and an expert as they are responsible for compiling the competition tasks and scoring.

Attila Hasza finished in 10th place with very good racing. Analyzing the points, it turned out that in the 800-point system only 3 points were awarded for the medal of excellence and 7th place.

We thank the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the excellent organization and the opportunity to represent the profession in the prestigious international competition, and we hope that a tradition has been launched.
